Indications: Sore throat or any inflammation or infection of the throat, neck pain, ear infections, headaches, migraines, nasal congestion, upper respiratory infections, coughs, and sinus infections.
Fresh peaches are abundant at the farmers market during the summer. A few weeks ago, I got together with a few friends and we picked fresh peaches at a farm in Brentwood. The East County has abundant fruit farms with fresh picked produce, as well as u-pick farms where you can pick fruits and vegetables. When we got home the obvious question was, what do we do with our freshly picked peaches? While we watched a few comedy videos, we made a fresh peach cobbler and ate it with ice cream.
