Fresh peaches are abundant at the farmers market during the summer. A few weeks ago, I got together with a few friends and we picked fresh peaches at a farm in Brentwood. The East County has abundant fruit farms with fresh picked produce, as well as u-pick farms where you can pick fruits and vegetables. When we got home the obvious question was, what do we do with our freshly picked peaches? While we watched a few comedy videos, we made a fresh peach cobbler and ate it with ice cream.
